MAX EGLAU (A.K.A. MAX EGLAN)

Max Eglau was born around 1835 in Bavaria. He was born in Bavaria, but lived in New York City from circa 1860, when he was cited in the census as a native of Bavaria. In 1860, he exhibited his “Study After Nature” was exhibited at the National Academy of Design.
