VERNON HOWE BAILEY

Vernon Howe Bailey was born in Camden, New Jersey, in 1874 and studied in Paris and Spain. He illustrated for several magazines and the New York Sun. He died in 1953. His work is displayed in the United States, Italy and Spain.
